Group Classes

Mixed Ability class exercises are adapted to suit the individual’s needs and level of fitness.

Group Block bookings usually run for 5-8 weeks in line with the school term times. Classes will progress over the course of the block by introducing more challenging exercises at each class, allowing you to advance in your performance. For this reason, it is preferable for you to commit to a block, thus ensuring you evolve in your abilities and advance to more challenging exercises in line with the class schedule.
